Automating Fanvue DMs without sounding like a bot
Automation on Fanvue goes wrong when every fan gets the same thing at the same time. It works when each fan gets a personal, interactive message, and a human steps in when the conversation becomes real.
Five rules for automation fans don't hate
- 1
One fan at a time
Send messages as individual conversations, not as a broadcast.
- 2
Ask, don't push
Give the fan a free choice first. People answer questions, they skip ads.
- 3
Understand real answers
Fans won't always type “1”. Accept “two”, 2️⃣, or “the red one”.
- 4
Know when to stop
“Stop” means stop, forever. Questions and sensitive topics go to a human, never to a bot.
- 5
Remind gently
One or two reminders if a fan goes quiet, then let it end.
What Cliffly automates
- Sending the story to the fans you pick, every week or to every new subscriber.
- Reading the fan's choice and sending the next scene as a Fanvue paid message.
- Reminders, at the times you choose.
- Pausing and handing the fan to your chatter when he starts a real conversation.
What Cliffly never does
- It never writes free-form replies to fans: it only sends the story you wrote.
- It never answers refunds, sensitive or personal questions: a human does.
- It never messages a fan who asked to stop, in any of 6 languages.
- It never asks for your Fanvue password: you sign in on Fanvue itself.
You keep the controls
Limit how often a fan can get a story or a paid message, see every fan's replies in one place, and pause every story for a model with one switch.
Try it on your Fanvue account

Questions
Is automating Fanvue messages allowed?
Cliffly uses Fanvue's official API and sign-in, and sends normal messages and paid messages through it. Keep your content within Fanvue's rules, as with any message.
Will fans feel spammed?
A fan gets one story at a time and only the reminders you set. Fans already talking to your team are left alone, and anyone who writes “stop” is never messaged again.
Does the AI talk to my fans?
No. A small AI only reads short, unclear answers like “not the red one” to understand the choice, and only when it is sure. It never chats with fans: anything else goes to your chatter.
