1. Who runs Cliffly

2. What Cliffly does

Cliffly lets creators and agencies on Fanvue build interactive stories. The app sends messages, including paid messages, from the creator's Fanvue account, using Fanvue's official API and only with her authorization. Cliffly is not a Fanvue product and is not affiliated with Fanvue.

3. Your account and responsibilities

  • You must be allowed to manage the Fanvue account you connect (the creator herself, or an agency with her written agreement).
  • You are responsible for the texts, photos and videos you send, which must follow Fanvue's rules and the law.
  • Stories may only be sent to the creator's adult subscribers on Fanvue.
  • You can revoke Cliffly's access at any time from your Fanvue account settings.

4. Fan payments

Fans pay on Fanvue, and Fanvue pays the creator under Fanvue's own terms. Cliffly never receives, holds or pays out any fan payment.

5. Pricing and billing

  • There are two plans: a Free plan, with no time limit (1 story live at a time, up to 30 fans a month), and a Pro plan billed monthly ($29 a month). Each model (creator account) has her own plan: an agency only pays for the models that use Pro.
  • Every new model gets 14 days of Pro for free. Nothing is charged at the end of the trial unless you choose Pro: the model simply moves to the Free plan.
  • Until Pro can be bought on the Fanvue App Store, Pro can be requested by email and is granted at no cost.
  • Pro is billed through Fanvue's app billing. The price is shown on Fanvue before any payment. Cliffly never asks for your card.
  • You can cancel anytime from Fanvue. Pro stays active until the end of the paid month, then the model moves to the Free plan. Your stories are kept.
  • Cliffly takes no cut of fan sales. The creator gets the sale, minus Fanvue's usual fee.

6. Availability

We do our best to keep Cliffly running at all times, but the service also depends on Fanvue and our hosting providers. Cliffly can't guarantee any amount of sales and isn't responsible for Fanvue outages.

7. Ending the service

You can stop using Cliffly whenever you want. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or Fanvue's rules. These terms are governed by French law.
